Aug. 16 (Bloomberg) -- Peter Harbison, executive chairman of the Sydney-based Centre for Asia Pacific Aviation, talks about Qantas Airways Ltd.'s expansion plans in Asia. Qantas, Australia’s biggest airline, said it will create a full-service carrier in Asia and a budget unit in Japan as it seeks to turn around A$200 million in annual losses at its international unit.
